Last funshoot of the year...
Due to weather and holidays, we knew this would be our last funshoot of the year, so we HAD to make it good! It certainly lived up to its name...we had a seriously fun time! A nearly abandoned foundry, several fantastic models, lots of great photographers, new friends, weird angles, wide lenses, lots of laughter and plenty of dirt...all added up to be a great day. TRASH THE DRESS!!
This weekend's photo bash was a BLAST!
We set out to capture some of those amazing bridal shots that you can't necessarily capture on the wedding day itself. Since this was our first time "trashing" and we rushed into things (too impatient to wait for warmer weather!), the dress didn't end up COMPLETELY wet, muddy, and ripped. But hopefully come spring we'll take the dress out for T the D Part II and get some TRULY trashed pix!

Why I do what I do...
Sometimes it's easy to forget, but moments like these make me remember that there is nothing better I could be doing than spending time with my family. These guys are the loves of my life, not to mention my favorite models EVER! It's been a long summer and I've almost forgotten what it's like to relax with my family. For this reason, I will be taking the months of November and December off. January's already filling up fast, so call soon!

So many people have been wondering what I do with my time, so here's a little glimpse into the life of Christi. Starting with this past weekend...
On Saturday I joined my friends Joe and Katie, as well as my lil bro Isaac on a just-for-fun shoot off. Our AMAZING models, Jade and John were up for ANYTHING (as you'll see in the pictures). We had a BLAST!
Next Saturday we're scheming up something even CRAZIER and more wild, so check back to see what we come up with next time!
